Refunds & Cancellations

Short version: cancel any monthly plan whenever you like and it stops at the end of the month you've paid for. Setup fees are refundable for 7 days, as long as your storefront hasn't gone live yet.

Storefront setup fees (Plan A, B, C)

Full refund if you ask within 7 days of purchase and before your storefront goes live.
Once your storefront is live, the setup fee is non-refundable because the build work has been done.

Monthly plans ($29.95 upkeep and screen ads)

Cancel any time by email or phone. Cancelling stops all future charges.
Service continues until the end of the month already paid. We don't refund partial months.
When upkeep ends, your storefront returns to a standard listing or is removed. Screen ads leave the rotation.

Websites

Website builds follow the terms in your written quote, including any deposit and what happens if the project stops partway.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged in error or twice, we refund the mistaken charge in full.

How to cancel or ask for a refund

Email info@elitenexusai.com or call 631-616-8666 with your business name and the email used at checkout. We confirm within one business day. Approved refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
